However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and as a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction and confidence in our products, we are thrilled to introduce our new warranty program.

This program not only reflects our dedication to standing behind the durability and reliability of our handmade straps but also assures our valued customers that their investment is protected against any manufacturing defects or faults. With our warranty program, we aim to provide peace of mind and ensure that every customer experience with our products exceeds expectations.

Note that we do not offer monetary reimbursement nor is the warranty transferable. All claims will be in the form of voucher code. The total liability for any loss or damage shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. In no event shall The Weaving Waves be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind. Each strap is only entitled to warranty claim once.

Only straps purchased directly from our website or our authorised resellers will be eligible for the warranty - your staps will automatically falls under this warranty program 10 days after the date of purchase.

What is covered:

  • Material Issues -  $5 voucher code, no minimum purchase, voucher code has no expiry and can only be used for the straps.
  • Workmanship Issues -  $5 voucher code, no minimum purchase, voucher code has no expiry and can only be used for the straps.
  • Stopper loosen - $3 voucher code no minimum purchase, voucher code has no expiry and can be use storewide.

What is it not covered:

  • Normal wear-and-tear
  • Accidental damage such as broken clip
  • Discolouration or stain
